Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (restocks, sales, or holidays), processing times may be extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates

We primarily ship orders using USPS and UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • USPS: 3–7 business days (may experience delays depending on location and carrier conditions)
  • UPS: 2–5 business days (generally more consistent delivery timelines)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

USPS shipments, in particular, may experience occasional delays once in transit.

If your package is delayed, please use your tracking number or contact the carrier directly.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered, Alabama Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office
  • Contact the carrier to file a claim

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties or import taxes
  • Delays caused by customs
