The goal for us is to give every customer excellent service that will create a loyal customer base. Every hat is hand washed & reshaped before shipping out, ensuring that every hat is ready to wear. All hats will be valued at $30 and up. We will NOT send you a nasty, torn up hat. If the hat doesn’t fit well, which happens, just reach out to us within 1-2 days of receiving the hat and we will exchange the hat(s) for another.
Every hat box will be shipped out by the 5th of the next month if you want specific teams/sports. We need a week or two to curate your selection. *For example: if you order March 19th, we will have your box shipped out no later than April 5th.*
